Admission Process

Learn About ICA: Fill out our inquiry form and a member of our admissions team will be in touch with you. Schedule a Tour or Visit, this will allow you to see the facilities at Ironbridge Christian Academy. You will have an opportunity to ask questions, hear our heart, and meet staff.

Fill Out the Application and submit the Application fee: This will include basic information about your child (name, age, grade applying for, etc.), family details, and any other relevant background information. Be sure to fill in all sections carefully. Our application fee is $75/student or $125/family for families with more than one student. This fee is non-refundable.

Family Interviews: This is an opportunity for ICA to get to know your child and family better and for you to ask any questions about the school’s culture and values. The interview helps assess how well the family’s values align with the school’s mission.

Assessment: Ironbridge Christian Academy requires a placement test or academic assessment as part of the application process. These assessments may test basic skills in reading, math, and writing to ensure the student is placed in the appropriate grade level.

Academic Records: When applicable, ICA will request a copy of the child’s most recent report cards, transcripts, or any standardized test scores. This helps the school assess the student’s academic history and achievements.

After reviewing the application, documents, interview, and any test results, the admissions committee will make a decision. You may receive an email or letter notifying you of the acceptance status, and if accepted, the next steps for enrollment.

  • Acceptance Notification: Once a decision has been made, you’ll receive an official letter of acceptance (or waitlist notification, if applicable).
    • Enrollment Forms: If accepted, you’ll be asked to complete the final enrollment forms and remaining documents.
    • Financial Aid (If Applicable): If you’re applying for financial aid, you’ll need to complete additional forms and provide documentation to demonstrate your family’s financial need.

Sign Enrollment Contract and parent partnership handbook: After accepting the offer, you’ll sign an enrollment contract, which confirms your child’s place at the school.

Prepare for the School Year: In a few months, you’ll receive details about back-to-school preparations, including orientation, school supplies, uniforms, and other important information.
